Call me cliche, say what you will about the Disney Channel, but Vanessa Hudgens is slowly becoming a sartorial favorite of mine, and maybe after this one of yours as well. I will be the first to admit I did get my favorite pair of wedges this summer (Cynthia Vincent) because I spied with my little eye them on Hudgy first. I mean....., she may be in High School Musical, she may have taken naked pictures of herself, and she may have a boyfriend who's bones I wanna jump, but besides all that, she's got some serious outfit credentials in the making.
Whether in jeans, skirting about town or hamming for the cam, one thing's for sure, the girl has the exotic bedhead look down pat. Not gonna lie, I want those bangs. Besides the hair, Hudgy keeps us guessing in her attire choices. Often sticking to basic colors and throwing in the standout accessory for a punch, whether it be a red bag, saucy laced heels or a patterned skirt.
To get the look, it's all about the skinny jeans or lots of leg, Hudgy, like yours truly, is on the petite side, and keeps things short or tight. Avoid the combo. Casual tees, dressed up with a blazer, leather jacket or statement jewelry keeps things from looking sloppy. Footwear-wise, err on the side of bold, laces, chunky, studded, jus' do it. Last but not least, toss that straightener out the window, and give Zac my number.
