Mood Board - March Edit

When I left my fashion design job three years ago to attend business school, I didn't put too much thought into how my creativity would be impacted. I was used to being surrounded by fabrics, colors, textures and silhouettes all day. Whether researching trends online or attending model fittings or developing color boards, I was able to channel my creativity into my work.

Color Inspiration : 2/14/16

It’s hard to get inspired by colors in the winter when everything is grey, dark and cold. I came across this image and was drawn to the combination of pinks and blues and found it especially fitting for Valentine’s Day. It has a sense of winter-coldness to it but still looks vibrant and alive. The blue of the sky holds promises of warm weather to come again in a few months.

Desert Rose

I came across the website Ily and immediately fell in love with this cardigan. The colors are soft and subtle and give off a California/desert-vibe that is laid-back and cool.
