Cropped, rolled-cuff, high-waisted, or white, trousers look fresh any way for spring. Pants pretty much go with anything, but since it's still a little cool out, I would recommend a a blazer or cardigan over a sliky tank or something of the like, and then a scarf thrown on top. Rather than reach for a classic springy skirt, try rolling up the cuffs of pants you already own for a different look. A little tip for rolling up the bottoms, go for a haphazard, relaxed roll, rather than the stiff straight across folds to keep the look current (as seen second from the left).
