Some of you may remember Daily Candy, it was a women's interest website that featured articles on fashion, beauty, entertainment, food & drink, home and kids. It was an amazing resource for learning tips to decorate, new fashion brands or what to do when visiting a new city. Sadly Daily Candy went the way of the polaroid camera in 2014.
So where's a gal to go when she needs some party-throwing tips, details on Obama's latest executive actions or to learn more about the health benefits of bone broth?
I stumbled upon this website through Pinterest a few weeks ago and I am hooked! The articles cover a wide range of topics from managing your financial well-being, to tips on winter dressing to 10 fashion trends to wear in 2106...
My favorite part of the website however has to be the Career Profiles section.
Women from all different industries are featured (many of them creative industries) with an interview probing how they got to where they are, some challenges they have faced along the way and advice for others trying to follow their own career dreams. I find it super inspiring and love hearing the 'behind the scenes' stories for careers that intrigue me. I highly recommend checking out this section for inspiration, ideas or just to learn about some great businesses you may not have heard of.
