Last week I posted about this Rails shirt from South Moon
Under and how I would style the piece for hot summer days. Stripes in summer
are a perfect match, right? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love
clothing items I can wear multiple times and multiple ways. This shirt is
one of those transitional items that works well dressed down for a casual
summer day and dressed up for grabbing some drinks.
We decided to get drinks at the Hudson Hotel last week and I
thought it was a great opportunity to take this shirt for another spin. To wind
this shirt forward for fall I paired it with skinny black pants, a woven clutch
and classic nude pumps.
If you find yourself near the Hudson Hotel you should definitely check out one of their various bars. They have an outdoor patio, indoor beer hall and a moody Library Bar. The Library Bar is one of our favorites, as it has a great ambiance with dim lighting, fireplaces, leather chairs and this amazing giant cow pictures. Definitely worth a visit, especially when its chilly outside.
